Use this form for building work which requires an application under the Building Regulations. Only use this form if you don't have plans of the proposed work or don't want them checked before starting

Building regulations full plans form

Form and guidance if you intend to carry out building work which requires an application under the Building Regulations, and you want your plans to be checked before starting building.

Building regulations regularisation form

This form should be used if you have carried out unauthorised building work on or after 11 November 1985, and you wish to regularise the work.

Demolition Notice - Section 80

This form should be used if you intend to demolish a building or part of a building.
